1. The license we give you
When you buy a course, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to stream and view the course content through your own account during your access period.
2. What you may do
- Watch the lessons as often as you like during your access period.
- Take your own notes.
- Use the knowledge and skills you learn in your own work and business, including paid jobs, subject to the licenses and approvals required by law.
3. What you may not do
- Share your login or let anyone else watch through your account.
- Download, screen-record, copy or capture the videos or materials, or try to get around the technical measures protecting them.
- Upload, publish, sell, rent or distribute any part of the content, including on social media or file-sharing sites.
- Use the content to create a competing course or training product.
4. Ending the license
The license ends when your access period ends, when a full refund is processed, or if we end access for a serious breach under the Terms and Conditions.
5. Your consumer rights
This license does not affect any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot lawfully be waived.
