Refund and Cancellation Policy

Version see site configuration · Last updated 25 October 2026

Draft for review. This document has not yet been reviewed by a US attorney and is not legal advice. Details shown as “to be confirmed” will be completed before enrollment opens.

1. If there is a problem with the course

If the course is substantially different from how we described it, or you cannot access it, contact us. We will fix the problem within a reasonable time. If we cannot, you can cancel and receive a refund for the unused portion of your access. [Wording to be confirmed with a US attorney.]

This policy does not limit any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot lawfully be waived.

2. Change-of-mind requests

Our change-of-mind policy is that once you have opened a lesson, a change-of-mind refund is not available. [Owner decision (23 October 2026). Whether a change-of-mind refund is offered before any lesson is opened, and the time limit for asking, are to be confirmed. Some states have specific rules about how refund policies must be disclosed: this section must be reviewed by a US attorney before enrollment opens.]

This change-of-mind policy does not affect section 1, for example if the course cannot be accessed or is substantially different from how we described it.

3. How to ask for a refund or remedy

  1. Email [support email: to be confirmed] with your name, the email on your account, your order reference and what went wrong.
  2. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.
  3. We will give you our decision within 10 business days. If we need more information, we will ask.
  4. Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval, in US dollars. Your bank decides when the money appears.

4. What happens to your access

When a full refund is processed, course access ends. With a partial refund (for example, a refund of the unused portion), access may continue as we agree with you.

5. Payment disputes and chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a payment with your bank or card issuer. We can usually resolve problems faster. If a chargeback is raised, access may be paused while it is investigated.

6. If you are not satisfied

See Complaints and Dispute Resolution.
